The National Institute of Geological Sciences (NIGS) participated in the 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) held on 26 September 2024. Our community, including faculty, staff, researchers, students, and patrons, showed readiness by practicing the DROP-COVER-HOLD protocol during the emergency drill. They were then guided by marshals (URAs) to the designated evacuation area.
